Our clinicians and peer coaches are trained to help you lift your mood.

In 9 individual weekly sessions, you will plan rewarding activities and reflect on how what you do impacts how you feel.

  • We work with each person’s core values and identify everyday activities that contribute to them
  • We use daily monitoring of activities to focus on what you are doing and what you can do
  • We work together on breaking down tasks into smaller pieces to make them more manageable
